All hearinghenry headbands are carefully handmade in Australia. 

United States: Effective 29 Aug 25, Australia Post has suspended shipments to the US

Australia Post has suspended shipments to the US due to the implementation of new tariff laws.  We hope this is only temporary and a new system for calculating tariffs is established soon.  In the meantime, if you are located in the UNITED STATES, many of our most popular headbands are listed on Amazon.  Note, we will not be able to restock our Amazon inventory until this situation is resolved, so stock will be limited: Buy on Amazon.

For international orders, your shipping options are as follows.

 

Tracked International Shipping

Cost will depend on the country you are located in.  Delivery normally takes 2-3 weeks, however can take up to 4-6 weeks, depending on which country you are located in.  We endeavour to post your items within 2-3 days of receiving the order and you will be provided with a tracking number immediately upon postage.

If your item is held in stock by a hearinghenry supplier in your own country, hearinghenry may ship from there.  This means your item could be received within 3-4 days AT NO EXTRA COST to you.  If hearinghenry choose to do this; the price you pay is still the same, even if we have to make multiple shipments for all items in your order.

So if you have five items on your order and three of them are in stock in your own country distribution centre, you may receive those first.  Then you may have two items that needed to be shipped from our headquarters in Australia; these will be sent in a separate shipment and make take 2-3 weeks (or longer) to get to you. 

Express International Shipping

Cost will depend on the country you are located in.  Delivery normally takes 5-10 days, however the exact delivery time will depend on which country you are located in.  We endeavour to post your items within 1-2 days of receiving the order and you will be provided with a tracking number immediately upon postage.
